Say No To Sugar

SUGAR

Sugar is a substance with the chemical formula C12H22O11.
Sugar is used as a flavouring agent in food. It is used to make the food sweet. Sometimes people eat it plain as it tastes good. In scientific laboratories, sugar is used as a solute (substance which dissolves in a liquid) in water.
Sugar is useful. But, I am here to give you a new scientific equation:
SUGAR = POISON
No, I'm not kidding.
Most of us already know how sugar is made. It is extracted from sugarcane in industries. You might be thinking, "Sugarcane is good for health and natural!"
Yes, sugarcane is good for health. But sugar is NOT.
Sugar is the refined form of sugarcane.
If you type the meaning of refined on Google, this is what it shows:
with impurities or unwanted elements having been removed by processing.
This is scientifically true, but speaking in terms of health, it is not.
Sugarcane contains FIBRE, which is removed during sugar manufacturing. Now, why do we need fibre?
Fibre is a powerful digestion tool that helps to cleanse the digestive system and detoxes the body. Good intake of fibre results in a clean digestive system, which means a healthy body.
Also, during the process of sugar manufacturing, the minerals are extracted and removed from sugarcane.
White sugar is made by removing contents from raw materials such as sugar beets and sugarcane to create a crystalized form of sucrose, the chemical that makes up table sugar.
This means all the good and healthy stuff have been removed, and you eat the end form, which is very appealing to our mouth, but not to our body.
Sugar not only has no healthy stuff in it, but it is also hard to digest.
Overeating of sugar-based foods causes sugar to accumulate in the body.

Have you ever looked at the ingredients of packed food?
You see many new names written on it, like sucrose, lactose, caramel, corn sweetener, ethyl maltol, corn syrup, dextrose, fructose, fruit juice concentrates, etc.
I'll tell you what those names mean. And don't be surprised when I say they all are synonyms.
All the names up there equal to SUGAR!
These are all hidden names for sugar.
Maybe you are wondering, "What do I add to my food if I quit sugar?"
You can take many supplements like jaggery, dates, etc.
So, let's stop eating the hidden thief.
